Mr. Horace Ho is the founder and managing partner of Horace Ho & Company, CPAs. He is experienced in tax advisory. Mr. Ho is the author of ¡°BVI Company¡ªan Administration Guide¡±and co-author of ¡°Offshore Financial planning¡± published in Taiwan, in 2002 and 1999 respectively. He is always invited as guest speakers for various seminars and international conferences in matters relating to international taxation, company laws and practices in Asia Pacific region, in particular of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Ms Simone Kong is a Director of Manivest Asia Limited and Manivest Xinzhong (Shanghai) Consulting Ltd. She is a solicitor admitted in 1998 in Hong Kong. Ms Kong also holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia.

Ms Kong is experienced in handling corporate merger, acquisition and corporate services and general counsel matters. She has participated in numerous in-house Counsel Summits and conferences in Asia. Before joining Manivest Group, she was an Associate Solicitor and the head of the Corporate Secretarial Department of a well-known solicitor firm.
